All apartments are totally independent and feature separate entrances and
private terraces. The furnishings are tasteful and comfortable: loungers, chairs and tables for
inside and outside, complete furnished kitchen with water boiler, coffee machine,
toaster, etc., modern bathrooms (shower / WC). All beds feature new
interior sprung mattresses. At common disposal of all guests: washing machine
(extra charge), barbecue and stone-oven, common terrace. Additional bed or baby
bed available. |
VILLA DIMITRI
The Villa is situated 800 m west of Armenistis, on the road to Nas. Laid out in
terraces, it extends over six levels of a sloping site directly above the rocky
coast. The Mediterranean architecture together with the lush vegetation forms a
harmonic synthesis with the environment. Each level is provided with a generous
terrace with spectacular seaview. When the sea is calm, you can swim and
snorkel only a few meters below the house at a private rock. |

THE APARTMENTS Apollon:This small studio for 2 persons forms the highest level of the building. The entrance leads though a shadowed patio with lush flowers and plants. Small room with double bed, kitchen, bathroom, big terrace with shadow pergola and unspoiled seaview. Dimitra: Very comfortable apartment for 4 persons with separate kitchen,
bedroom with living area and fire place, additional second bedroom, and bathroom across the terrace. Outside you will find a shadowed terrace at the door, a flower garden with grape vines, a westward looking terrace, and a terrace above the sea. 
Dionisos: Spacious studio for 2 persons. Living room with double bed,
integrated kitchen, bathroom. Beautiful terrace, partially shadowed which
surrounds the apartment from two sides. Poseidon: Large luxurious studio for 2 persons. It forms the
lowest level of the house and gives you a feeling of proximity to the sea.
Magnificent view to the sea and the rocks from the big terrace, surrounded
by herbaceous borders. Cozy living-bedroom with integrated kitchen and
bathroom and big terrace, partially shadowed. |
