the "AFIANES" wines.
These are fine and unique
creations, both strong and subtle, expressive and mysterious,
that record each year in taste and fragrance, and everything in
color.
High up on the Raches,
the mountain ridges of Icaria, at an altitude of 550m. one finds
the vineyards of "AFIANES."
The varietals are local, and the Phokiano and Beghleri
dominate. Cultivated in the most traditional manner, without fertilizers
or insecticides (using only sulfur) and with only a small yield
per acre, Strictly Limited Wines are produced.
